Easy to grow even in smaller gardens, the Caledonian Pearl potato variety produces large yields when harvested and is full of flavour, making it the perfect choice for boiling, baking, mashing and roasting. With a yellow skin and waxy flesh, this variety can be harvested from June and is a wonderful addition to summer salads.
Caledonian Pearl seed potatoes can be grown in bags or in a green house, with moist but well-drained soil. As a first early variety, planting out in March will provide a large yield by the early summer months.
