Delivery Information
Nationwide Delivery £4.99 – Free for orders over £50
We use DPD 24 Hour for fast, reliable next-day delivery across the UK.
- Monday–Friday service (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same working day.
- Items will be delivered the next working day.
- Tracking & Updates:
- Full DPD tracking provided once your order is dispatched.
- A 1-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery with options to reschedule, leave with a neighbour, or choose a safe place.
DX Freight Delivery
We use DX Freight for larger, heavier, or bulky items that cannot be sent via standard parcel services.
Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Customers can request a preferred delivery day (subject to availability)
Tracking & Updates:
- Full tracking is provided once your order is dispatched
- You will receive updates directly from DX regarding your delivery
- No timed delivery slots are provided
- Delivery will take place on your confirmed delivery day
Delivery Information:
- Used for large, heavy, or oversized items
- Delivery is made to your door (ground floor access)
- Delivery does not include unpacking or installation
- Ensure there is adequate access for delivery vehicles
- Very large or heavy items may require assistance at the delivery address
- Please ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery day
Undeliverable Delivery Policy:
If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to customer error or inaction (including incorrect address, failure to respond to courier contact, or refusal of delivery), the customer will be responsible for all associated costs. These may include:
- Return shipping charges
- Redelivery charges
- Administrative handling fees
These costs will be invoiced or deducted before reshipment or refund is processed.
Payment information:
- A transaction placed online is paid for through Stripe.
- Refunds are issued through Stripe and take 5 to 10 working days to process.
- Please note a transaction may not be received instantly.
- If click and collect is the preferred option – this has be paid online before collection.
- If the item is faulty or has arrived damaged we will provide one return label for the customer.
- If the item is unwanted or an accidental purchase the customer will need to pay for the returns label themselves.
Pennells Local Delivery: 10-20 Miles £30 Charge & 20-30 Miles £40 Charge.
We deliver larger items using our Pennells Local Courier Service.
- Delivery within up to 10 days.
- Our team will call the day before delivery to confirm availability.
- A suitable delivery date will be arranged with you.
Free Local Delivery:
- Free on orders over £500 to the following postcodes:
LN1-LN6, NG34, NG24, NG23, DN36
- Free on orders over £1,000 to the following postcodes:
LN7-LN13, PE20–PE25, NG12–NG33, DN1–DN22, DN31–DN41, S80, S81
