Pennells App Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions are applicable across the Pennells Loyalty APP scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for optional elements of the scheme, examples of which include, but are not limited to, prize draws and competitions. Members participating in the optional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions
Pennells Garden Centres Limited reserve the right to alter or delete any APP benefits at any time without prior notice
To be a member of the Pennells Loyalty APP you must be aged 18 or over and be a resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland
Only one account per person is allowed unless you are staff in which 2 accounts are permitted (one for staff discount and one for customer offers)
To receive emails from Pennells Garden Centre, members must provide us with a valid email address and be opted into receiving email communications from Pennells Garden Centre
If you supply us with an email address you are consenting to receiving marketing material from Pennells Garden Centre. Pennells Garden Centre will not pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law and to contracted companies who provide a service to us. Member events

Members will receive invitations to exclusive member events via email provided this has been supplied by a member.
Please note if a member has unsubscribed from receiving emails, we may not be able to notify them about events

Member offers

Member offers are subject to availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available
Pennells Loyalty App exclusive offers may not always be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions
A valid membership APP or card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-store to qualify for exclusive member offers

Membership APP/Card

The Pennells APP can be used in any Pennells Garden Centre, Restaurant and Foodhall
To receive a physical membership card you must supply us via email with your home address. You will receive your membership card at this address within 10-15 working days
The APP can only be used by the named and registered member. It cannot be transferred or copied
A valid account for the APP must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-centre to qualify for exclusive member offers, discounts and points
The APP must be presented when returning any goods allowing us to credit/debit the appropriate points from your card
The Loyalty APP/card is issued by and remains the property of Pennells Garden Centres Limited who reserve the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any membership card that they feel has been subject to abuse or attempted abuse

Points

APP members can collect 1 point for every £2 spent in a single transaction (after discounts). Each point is worth 1p
Points will be allocated to the account associated with the membership card scanned. Please note that points may not appear instantly on the members account
Points cannot be collected at third party concessions in Pennells Garden Centres, at the butcher counters in Pennells Food Halls and when purchasing Gift cards. Other exclusions may apply
Any promotional vouchers linked to Pennells Loyalty APP are non-transferable and are valid only for use with the card holder. As such they cannot be sold or transferred for any monetary gain
Pennells Garden Centres reserves the right to alter the terms of the points system at any time
Points can be redeemed towards a transaction at the point of sale at anytime.
Points will expire after 24 months of issue if not used.
