Celebrating 60 years with Pennells

Congratulations to Roy at our Cleethorpes centre who has worked for Pennells Garden Centres for 60 years!
Roy started working on our nursery in Scartho at 15 before moving to work at the garden centre when it opened in 1967. From here he became the centre manager before semi retiring 10 years ago. Roy continues to work 3 days a week where he is well known and liked by customers and staff.
Also a big thank you to the Grimsby Town Manager Ian Holloway for taking the time out of his busy schedule to come and present Roy with some presents from colleagues and ourselves.
We’re looking forward to the next ten years of working together!
