Westland Bed & Border Chipped Bark is a decorative garden mulch made from quality mid-size bark chips, ideal for improving the appearance of beds, borders and landscaped areas. Designed to provide an attractive natural finish, it also helps reduce garden maintenance by suppressing unwanted weed growth.
The bark layer helps improve moisture retention, reducing water evaporation from the soil and supporting healthier plant growth during warmer weather. It also provides valuable root protection by insulating plants against extreme temperatures throughout the seasons.
Suitable for use around trees, shrubs, flowers and larger containers, this chipped bark can also be used as a protective mulch layer in garden borders and planting areas. Its consistent chip size helps create an even, professional-looking finish across outdoor spaces.
