In October of 2015, Lemax hosted a social media contest for its collectors called "You name it. We create it." Here a Lemax enthusiast would win the prize of having their idea and concept of a new Lemax building come to life. Paul Sellars of Hervey Bay Australia was the winner and now for 2018 his piece called Elf Made Toy Factory has come to life.
