- User-friendly: Without the need for pumps or electronic components, the installation and use of the system is very easy. This reduces maintenance and simplifies handling.
For optimal results, AutoPot recommends an airy substrate mixture with a high proportion of expanded clay or perlite. A mixture of 50% perfectly pearlite/bläht and 50% coconut substrate or soil is ideal. To avoid waterlogging, the lowest 3-5 cm of each pot should be filled with expanded clay. Alternatively, an airbase can be used.
Regular cleaning of the system, especially the coaster and the AquaValves, is important to ensure long-term use and to avoid clogging caused by dirt or roots.
