Assistant Chef

THE PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Support other chefs as required

• Carry out cleaning duties as per the schedule including washing up

• Food preparation for the day whilst maintaining the highest food hygiene standards

• Running the kitchen when covering holiday etc.

• Have a good understanding of laws surrounding allergens etc.

HOURS OF WORK 33.75 HOURS AVERAGE

Week 1

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

Week 2

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

Saturday 8.00am-4.30pm Sunday 9.00am-4.30pm
