Social Distancing Guidelines

Following the opening of our restaurants we have updated our policies to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus

We are operating our centres using the following guidelines

• In order to maintain 1m+ social distancing we have reduced the number of tables and seats in our restaurants by up to 50%
• The restaurants are operating by table service only. Customers will be taken to a table and their order will be taken at the table.
• Serving staff in the restaurant will be wearing masks and face shields
• Customers in the restaurants will be asked to leave contact details for track and trace purposes. This will be kept for at least 21 days
• Customers will be asked to use hand sanitiser at the entrance to the restaurant
• A maximum of four people drawn from two households in a group may visit the restaurant or garden centre
• Children aged 16 and under are welcome but they must remain with their parents at all times
• There will be a one way system through the restaurant
• We are restricting the numbers into the centre- Please be aware it may lead to queuing outside. There may be separate queues for the restaurant and the garden centre
• Please follow the new one way system through the centre – in the outside areas there isn’t a one way system so observe social distancing
• Please observe social distancing at all times – Keep 2 metres apart
• We have screens around the tills
• Reduced number of tills – please follow the distancing procedures at the tills
• We will be unable to assist with taking things to the cars or lifting onto trolleys
• Our toilets are now open – we have enhanced the cleaning routines. Some urinals and sinks will be closed off to ensure social distancing. We have disabled the hot air hand dryers and provided paper towels for hand drying
• Payment is via card only. We have increased our contactless amount up to £45
